PetMate AI is an app that helps pet owners assess the risk to their pet's health early, with the help of AI.
The problem
Owners assessed symptoms based on subjective judgement, and the decision on whether further action was needed was often delayed.
The intervention
We built a cross-platform app that uses AI to analyse photos of the pet's eye, ear and coat. Based on this analysis, the app gives the user a structured risk assessment and guidance on next steps.
The user takes a photo and the app returns a risk assessment and suggested next steps.
