01.Interpretation and Definitions
1.1 Interpretation: Capitalised terms have the meaning ascribed to them in this section, whether they are used in the singular or in the plural.
1.2 Definitions:
›Company ("we", "us", "our"): Argonstack, located in Athens, Greece.
›Service: The website, platform and all related functions of Argonstack.
›Website: https://argonstack.gr
›User / Customer: Any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Service.
›Terms: These Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding contract between the Company and the User.
02.Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Service is governed by these Terms and constitutes a legally binding agreement. By accessing, registering or using the Service, you signify your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
›If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
›Only persons over the age of 18 are permitted to use the Service.
03.Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
The processing of personal data through the Service is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms an integral and binding part of these Terms.
By creating an account, activating or using the Service, the User declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted the DPA. Acceptance of the DPA is automatic, without requiring a separate signature.
04.Account Creation and Responsibilities
Access to some features requires the creation of an account. The User is solely responsible for:
›The preservation of connection data.
›Any action taken through his/her account.
Argonstack reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate the Terms.
05.Customer Data and Access Restrictions
Argonstack acts as a SaaS provider and does not own the data entered by the Customer. The Client shall always act as the Controller.
Access Restriction: Argonstack processes data exclusively upon documented instructions of the Customer and only for technical support or maintenance purposes, if explicitly requested.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality or origin of the data entered by the Customer.
06.Payments and Subscriptions
›All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are subject to VAT where applicable.
›Payments are made in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
›Amounts paid are non-refundable, unless required by law.
07.Intellectual Property
All software, content, design and trademarks are the intellectual property of Argonstack. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for business purposes only.
08.Infrastructure and Third Party Providers
The Service is provided through a combination of proprietary systems and third party infrastructure. Argonstack is the Customer's sole contractual counterparty.
09.Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. Argonstack shall not be liable for any loss of profits or data, downtime or technical errors. Total liability shall not exceed the total amounts paid by Customer during the last twelve (12) months.
10–11.Jurisdiction & Amendments
These Terms are governed by Greek Law. The Courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Argonstack reserves the right to modify the Terms. In the event of material changes, at least 30 days' notice will be given.
