Context
Nous Gym is a mental health centre with a network of psychologists and patients, and it needed a secure, structured digital way to run sessions and manage them.
The problem
Session management, matching patients with psychologists, payments and invoicing were handled with fragmented tools. Every increase in activity meant more administrative workload and more manual steps.
The intervention
We built a custom platform through which psychologists hold sessions directly inside the app. We implemented algorithmic matching of patients and psychologists, along with payment management and invoice issuing. Sessions, matching, payments and invoicing were brought together in one unified operating environment.
Algorithmic matching takes into account specialty, availability and the patient profile, so that every match follows clear, consistent criteria.

Digital sessions, matching, payments and invoicing now run in one unified environment. Administrative work was organised into structured, repeatable flows, with less fragmented manual work.
