Context
Nous Gym is a mental health center with a network of psychologists and therapists, which required a secure, structured and scalable digital operation.
The problem
Session management, matching therapists with therapists, payments and billing were done with fragmented tools. Operations could not be scaled up without increasing administrative burden and risk.
The intervention
A custom application was developed through which psychologists conduct sessions directly from the platform. Automatic matching of therapist and psychologist through algorithms was implemented, as well as full payment and invoice management. All functionality was centralized in a single system.
The matching algorithm takes into account specificity, availability and profile patient profile, reducing the matching time to minutes.
The result
The operation became fully digital, controlled and scalable. Sessions, payments and administrative management work consistently and without manual failure points.
