Argonstack ("Argonstack", "we", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it in accordance with this Privacy Policy ("Policy").
This Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit our website argonstack.gr or use our platform and related services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you accept the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Argonstack collects the following categories of data:
a. Data you provide to us: Such as full name, email address, phone number, company name, billing information.
b. Data collected automatically: Such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers and platform usage patterns. This data is also personal data where it allows you to be identified directly or indirectly: IP addresses in particular are treated as personal data and are protected by the same safeguards described in this Policy.

For Google user data the additional restrictions of section 14 apply: it is not used for advertising, nor to build, train or improve any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model.
Although Argonstack may technically have access to data stored on the platform by customers (e.g. contacts, messages), it has no right to use or process them except upon explicit request of the customer for technical support purposes.
The clause above concerns access by Argonstack personnel. It does not restrict the automated processing carried out by the platform itself and by the processors acting on its behalf in order to provide the features the customer has enabled, as described in sections 4 and 14. Staff access is also possible where it is strictly necessary for the security of the service or to comply with a legal obligation.
Personal data is kept only for as long as required for the purposes of this Policy or as required by law.
Customer data stored on the platform will be deleted or anonymised within 90 days of the account expiry, unless otherwise requested.
Google user data specifically is deleted within 30 days of the closure of the organisation's account, that is, earlier than the period above (see section 14).
Argonstack uses selected infrastructure and service providers within and outside the EU. All providers are bound by Data Processing Contracts and, where required, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), ensuring an equivalent level of protection.

International Transfers: Data may be processed outside the EEA. In any case, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

What we access. If you connect a Google account, ArgonCRM requests only these permissions:
How we use it. Only to provide features you see in ArgonCRM: filing your emails on the matching customer record, replying from your own address, sending the campaigns you launch, keeping your appointments and calendar in agreement, and showing your availability. If your organisation enables the AI assistant, it can read this data when you ask it a question (see below). We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build, train or improve any AI or machine-learning model.
Who it is shared with. We share Google user data only with the service providers that process it for us to run these features:
No other third party receives Google user data. This includes our SMS/Viber provider and any analytics or advertising service. We may disclose data if required by law, to protect the security of the service, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case we will ask for your consent first.
Human access. Our staff do not read your Google user data unless you ask us to for support, or unless it is necessary for security or to comply with the law.
Storage and security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). OAuth access tokens are additionally encrypted before they are stored.
Retention and deletion. Emails and calendar entries stay part of the customer records of your organisation until you or your organisation delete them, or until 30 days after your organisation's account is closed. If you disconnect a mailbox or calendar in ArgonCRM, we delete its access token immediately and stop reading. You can also remove ArgonCRM's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. To request deletion, write to [email protected].
ArgonCRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
