01.Overview

Argonstack ("Argonstack", "we", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it in accordance with this Privacy Policy ("Policy").

This Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit our website argonstack.gr or use our platform and related services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you accept the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02.Data We Collect

Argonstack collects the following categories of data:

a. Data you provide to us: Such as full name, email address, phone number, company name, billing information.

b. Data collected automatically: Such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers and platform usage patterns. This data is also personal data where it allows you to be identified directly or indirectly: IP addresses in particular are treated as personal data and are protected by the same safeguards described in this Policy.

The data are collected:

  • Directly from you when you create an account, fill in forms, subscribe to updates or contact support.
  • Automatically, through cookies, analytics tools and similar technologies.
  • From third-party providers, such as analytics or marketing services, to the extent permitted by law.

03.Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of personal data takes place under one or more of the following legal bases of the GDPR:

  • Compliance with legal obligations.
  • Legitimate business interests, such as service improvement, communication and security.
  • Consent, where this is explicitly provided (e.g. newsletter subscription).

We do not sell or lease personal data to third parties.

05.Access to Customer Data and Restrictions

Although Argonstack may technically have access to data stored on the platform by customers (e.g. contacts, messages), it has no right to use or process them except upon explicit request of the customer for technical support purposes.

Restricted Access Clause
Access to data is strictly limited to support or maintenance cases requested by the customer.
Liability clause
Any unauthorized access or misuse of data by Argonstack personnel entails full individual liability of the data subject in accordance with GDPR and Greek Law.

06.Data Retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as required for the purposes of this Policy or as required by law.

Customer data stored on the platform will be deleted or anonymised within 90 days of the account expiry, unless otherwise requested.

07.Sub-Performers and Third Party Providers

Argonstack uses selected infrastructure and service providers within and outside the EU. All providers are bound by Data Processing Contracts and, where required, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), ensuring an equivalent level of protection.

08.Security measures

We apply strict technical and organisational measures, such as:

  • Data encryption during transport and storage.
  • Access control and logging of administrator actions.
  • Multi-factor authentication.
  • Backups and regular security checks.

09.Rights of Subjects

You have the following rights:

  • Access to your data.
  • Correction of inaccurate data.
  • Data deletion.
  • Restriction or objection to processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdrawal of your consent at any time, where processing is based on it (for example, newsletter sign-up, analytics and marketing cookies). Withdrawal applies for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
  • Lodging a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

10–12.Other provisions

International Transfers: Data may be processed outside the EEA. In any case, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

Cookies: We use cookies in accordance with the separate Cookies Policy.

Updates: The Policy may be revised for legal or technical reasons.
