Context
Jador is a hookah lounge with particularly complex inventory, due to its tobaccos, flavors and consumables and a bar operating alongside.
The problem
Consumption of tobacco and materials was hard to track consistently. Variances were difficult to spot, and the cost per hookah was not always clear.
The intervention
Smart Apothiki was adapted to the logic of a hookah lounge, recording the consumption of tobacco, consumables and bar supplies. Tracking was organized by product and by shift.
Organizing data by product and by shift provides a more structured basis for controlling variances.
The result
Variance control became more structured, while management gained a clearer view of cost and organized tracking of consumption.
