Jador the project
Stock control in a complex consumption hookah shop
Jador the project converted its warehouse from black box to controlled operation with Smart Apothiki, gaining real insight into costs per hookah and per shift.

Context
Jador is a hookah shop with a particular stock complexity due to tobacco, flavours, consumables and a parallel bar operation.
The problem
The consumption of tobacco and materials could not be accurately controlled. Losses were difficult to identify and the actual cost per hookah was not clear. The warehouse functioned as a black box.
The intervention
The Smart Apothiki was adapted to the logic of a hookah shop, with consumption of tobacco, consumables and bar materials recorded. A clear picture was created by product and by shift.
Shift-by-shift analysis revealed discrepancies that with manual monitoring were invisible.
The result
Deviations were drastically reduced and costs became manageable. Management gained insight into actual consumption rather than theoretical consumption.
What has changed in operation
Hookah ceased to be a product without cost control. The operation became disciplined and predictable.
