Words with an initial capital letter have specific meanings as defined below. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another entity, where “control” means ownership of at least 50% of shares or voting rights.
Country refers to Greece.
Company (We, Us, Our) refers to Argonstack, headquartered in Athens, Greece.
Device means any device capable of accessing the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.
Service refers to the Argonstack website, platform, and all related functionalities.
Terms & Conditions (Terms) refer to this agreement, which constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
Website refers to Argonstack, accessible at https://argoncrm.com.
You (User, Client) refers to the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Service and constitute a legally binding agreement between You and the Company.
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
If You do not agree, You must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
To access certain features, You may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to share your account credentials with unauthorized parties or use another user’s account.
Argonstack reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
4. Data Access & Restrictions
Argonstack is a SaaS platform provider and does not own or control customer data.
Clients are the sole owners and controllers of their data.
While Argonstack may technically have access to customer data (such as contacts, leads, or messages), we do not have the right to access or use it unless explicitly requested for technical support.
All administrative actions are logged for security purposes.
Liability Disclaimer: Any unauthorized access or misuse of customer data by an administrator or user will result in full legal liability under GDPR and Greek law.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service may require a subscription or one-time payment.
All prices are provided in euros (€) and are subject to VAT, where applicable.
Payments are due in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Argonstack reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or features with prior notice to existing customers.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, design, graphics, text, and branding elements within the Service are the exclusive property of Argonstack or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.
7. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
Your use of third-party sites is entirely at your own risk.
8. Termination of Access
Argonstack reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Service without prior notice if:
You violate these Terms & Conditions, or
You engage in unlawful, malicious, or fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, Your access to the Service will immediately cease, and any stored data may be deleted after a defined retention period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Argonstack is not liable for:
Financial or business losses
Loss of data or corruption of files
Downtime, delays, or service interruptions
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by You for using the Service during the preceding 12 months, or €100 if no payment has been made.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some exclusions may not apply to You.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law.
In the event of a dispute, You agree to first attempt an informal resolution by contacting info@argonstack.gr.
If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Argonstack reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
If material changes occur, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email or on the platform.
Continued use of the Service after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
